Class teachers should be planning in an activity or 2 to help your children understand this years theme:
Can you help your child to understand why it’s important to only put reliable information onto the internet and understand that some people don’t?
Here’s a free parent guide created by 2Simple and AWS to help guide conversations with your children around being safe online.
Most staff will be setting this as an activity for their classes this morning (not accessible until 10am)…
“Today we’re making a pledge to help create #AnInternetWeTrust as part of the official @GWR attempt for #SaferInternetDay. Join us, @UK_SIC & @2simplesoftware in breaking the record for ‘Most pledges received for an internet safety campaign in 24 hours’. https://2simple.com/GWR”
Don’t forget to take a screen shot/photograph/download (if it will let you…I cant yet access the platform to see) and add it on to your Assignment!
